Sharon Smith’s journey into holistic wellness is deeply rooted in a lifetime of service and care. A retired police officer, Sharon later pursued her calling in nursing, working in specialized areas including the Surgical Trauma/Neurotrauma ICU, as well as Behavioral Health and Risk Management.  These experiences not only gave her an extraordinary depth of medical knowledge, but also an intimate understanding of the complex connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Guided by both her medical expertise and her natural intuition, Sharon recognized the growing need for non-invasive, restorative therapies that support whole-body wellness. This vision led her to create Red Light & More, a healing space where advanced modalities such as Red Light Therapy, PEMF, and Contour Light are offered alongside complementary practices like massage therapy, Reiki, and other holistic services.

Sharon believes that every person deserves a personalized path to healing. She takes the time to listen and understand each client’s unique needs, ensuring every visit is meaningful, restorative, and infused with the warmth of aloha.

At home in Hawaiʻi Kai with her husband and mother, Sharon draws daily inspiration from the islands’ natural beauty — a source of peace she shares with all who walk through her doors.
