Sound familiar?
"Have you ever leaked a little when you laughed, sneezed, or jumped? Dealt with persistent back pain that won't go away? Maybe you have been working out consistently, but your midsection still feels soft or unstable. Have you noticed changes in bladder control, sexual function, or core strength that you have chalked up to “getting older”.
These are not random, unrelated problems. In most cases they trace back to the same place: a core that is not functioning properly. And the missing piece is almost always the pelvic floor.
Many clients are surprised by how much was connected once they start to feel the difference. Things they had accepted as normal turn out to have had a common source all along.
The two technologies
How the protocol works
Each treatment targets a distinct but deeply connected part of the system. Together, they produce results that neither achieves alone.
The Core
EmSculpt Neo
High-intensity electromagnetic + radiofrequency energy
EmSculpt Neo uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy combined with radiofrequency to simultaneously build muscle and reduce unwanted fat. In a single 30-minute session, it induces thousands of supramaximal muscle contractions that are stronger and more complete than anything voluntary effort can produce.
"It reaches the deep stabilizing muscles that conventional exercise rarely gets to. That is what makes the functional difference."
For the core, this means real engagement of the muscles that support your spine, pelvis, and posture. People who have worked out for years and still feel unstable through the middle often find this is the piece that was missing.
Athletes use it to build a stronger functional foundation. People recovering from injury or surgery use it to restore what was lost. Anyone who wants to move better and feel more stable day to day can benefit from what EmSculpt Neo does for the core.
Typical protocol: 4 sessions over 2 to 3 weeks. Sessions are 30 minutes. No downtime. No needles. No recovery period.
The Pelvic Floor
Emsella
Focused electromagnetic energy for deep pelvic floor stimulation
Emsella uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy to stimulate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. You sit fully clothed in the Emsella chair while the technology delivers the equivalent of thousands of targeted pelvic floor contractions per session. About 28 minutes. No effort required on your part.
"Clinical studies show Emsella is 7 times more effective than kegel exercises alone, with a 64% improvement in urinary incontinence symptoms."
The leakage, urgency, instability, and discomfort that people quietly manage for years often respond meaningfully to Emsella. Many clients notice changes within the first few sessions.
Emsella is effective for both men and women. Men dealing with urinary urgency, changes following prostate procedures, or reduced pelvic control benefit significantly. This is not a women's issue. It is a human issue.
Typical protocol: 6 sessions over 3 weeks. Approximately 28 minutes per session. Fully clothed, seated comfortably throughout.
Who this is for
More people benefit
than you might expect
The candidates who benefit from Core to Floor are broader than most people assume. If you recognize yourself in any of the descriptions below, a consultation is worth your time.
Women navigating body changes
Postpartum and perimenopausal women
Pregnancy, childbirth, and hormonal shifts place significant demands on both the core and pelvic floor. The Core to Floor protocol helps restore functional strength and address the leakage, instability, and discomfort that often follow and that many women accept as the new normal.
Men with pelvic health concerns
Men seeking pelvic floor support
Men experiencing urinary urgency, incontinence or changes following prostate procedures, or reduced pelvic control benefit significantly from this protocol. Pelvic floor dysfunction affects men too, and it responds to treatment in the same way it does for women.
Performance-focused adults
Athletes and active individuals
A stronger functional core-to-floor foundation improves power transfer, reduces injury risk, and supports higher training loads. This is infrastructure work, not cosmetic work, and many athletes find it unlocks gains that more training time alone could not.
Long-term function
Adults investing in healthy aging
Muscle mass and pelvic floor integrity both decline with age. Proactive strengthening supports independence, reduces fall risk, and preserves the quality of life that comes from a body that works as it should, for as long as possible.
What to expect
How we get started
01
Your consultation
We begin with a conversation about your health history, your goals, and what is and is not working in your current routine. No pressure, no obligation. We want to understand your situation before recommending anything.
02
Your protocol
If Core to Floor is a good fit, we build a personalized session schedule around your goals and availability. Most clients complete both treatment series over a 3 to 4 week window, with sessions designed to complement each other.
03
Your results
Results typically become noticeable within 2 to 4 weeks of completing the initial series. Many clients find the improvement builds progressively in the weeks that follow. Maintenance sessions are available based on individual needs.

Questions and answers
What people ask us
before they get started
Am I a good candidate for the Core to Floor program?
Most adults are good candidates. The Core to Floor program is appropriate for men and women of a wide range of ages and health backgrounds. If you are experiencing leakage, urinary urgency, lower back instability, or core weakness that exercise has not resolved, it is worth having a conversation with us.
There are some medical conditions and implanted devices that may affect candidacy for one or both technologies. We review your health history during your consultation and will let you know clearly whether the program is a good fit for you.
Is this only for women? What about men?
Both treatments are effective for men and women. Pelvic floor dysfunction is not a women's issue. Men experience it too, and the causes are often different: prostate surgery, age-related muscle decline, urinary urgency, and reduced core stability all respond to this protocol.
Men are sometimes less aware that pelvic floor therapy is an option for them. If you are a man dealing with any of the symptoms listed on this page, a consultation is worth your time.
What does a session feel like? Is it uncomfortable?
EmSculpt Neo produces a strong muscle contraction sensation that some clients describe as feeling like an intense workout, though without the effort or soreness that typically follows. The intensity can be adjusted based on your comfort level, especially in the first session.
Emsella produces a tingling and contracting sensation in the pelvic floor area while you are seated. It is not painful. Most clients read, look at their phone, or simply rest during the session. You remain fully clothed throughout.
How many sessions do I need, and how long does each one take?
The standard Core to Floor protocol includes 4 EmSculpt Neo sessions and 6 Emsella sessions. EmSculpt Neo sessions are approximately 30 minutes each, typically scheduled twice a week over 2 to 3 weeks. Emsella sessions are approximately 28 minutes each, typically scheduled twice a week over 3 weeks.
We often schedule the two treatments on the same visit or on alternating days to make the most of your time. Your exact protocol is determined during your consultation based on your goals and schedule.
Is there any downtime? Will I need to change what I normally do?
There is no downtime for either treatment. You can return to normal activities immediately after each session. Some clients notice mild muscle fatigue following EmSculpt Neo, similar to how you might feel after a workout. This typically resolves within a day or two.
You do not need to avoid exercise, change your diet, or alter your routine during the treatment series. Many clients schedule sessions during a lunch break or between other appointments.
When will I start to notice results?
Many clients notice initial changes within the first few Emsella sessions, particularly with urgency and leakage. Core and postural changes from EmSculpt Neo tend to become more apparent 2 to 4 weeks after completing the series, as the muscle tissue continues to strengthen and remodel.
Results build progressively after the initial protocol is complete. The weeks following treatment often bring continued improvement as the body responds to the work that was done during the sessions.
Will I need maintenance sessions to keep the results?
Results from both treatments are lasting, but like any muscle-based intervention, the body responds to ongoing care. Most clients find that periodic maintenance sessions help sustain their results over time, similar to how regular exercise maintains the strength gains from a training program.
We discuss maintenance options during your follow-up after the initial series. There is no one-size-fits-all schedule. We base recommendations on how your body responded and what your ongoing goals are.
Can I do Core to Floor if I already exercise regularly?
Yes, and many of our most enthusiastic Core to Floor clients are people who are already active. Regular exercise does not protect against pelvic floor weakness, and conventional core training rarely reaches the deep stabilizing muscles that EmSculpt Neo targets.
Active adults often find that Core to Floor addresses a gap that more training time alone could not close, and that the functional improvement carries over meaningfully into their sport or activity of choice.
How do I get started?
Give us a call and we will start with a conversation about your health history and goals. We take the time to understand your situation before recommending anything. If Core to Floor is a fit, we build your protocol from there.
If you would like to see the technology before committing to a full program, our open house on April 28 is a great opportunity to experience both devices firsthand and ask your questions in person.
